Founder recovers sole ownership of company

Pontiac, MI.  The Oakland County Circuit Court has awarded M&A's client, the founder of American Dental Network (now know as ADN Dental Network) sole ownership of the company. 

A former shareholder of Access Dental Network, a related company, had sued ADN's founder, claiming that the shareholder owned 50% of Access, 50% of ADN and 50% of a third company, even though the companies records indicated that the plaintiff had only a 25% interest in Access. 

Rejecting the shareholder's claim, the Court awarded sole ownership of Access to ADN's founder and affirmed his status as sole owner of the other 2 companies.  In addition, the Court found for the companies against the plaintiff on several counterclaims.
